Well the tight mask muffles spider-man's voice somewhat. But even if the voices sound similar, would you really expect the nerdy wimpy kid who gets picked on everyday at school to be a super hero?

When he's Clark Kent, his hair is messy, his clothes are a bit too big, covering up his muscles, he slouches over, hiding his height, keeps quiet, and most importantly, always vibrating his molecules at high speeds to keep people from getting a clear look at his face. As Superman, he's tall, imposing, has his hair neatly combed, and is no longer quiet.
