  • The deer had to be laying on its side when rigamortis set in. There is a leaf stuck to its rear leg fro when it was laying down. Then something or someone rolled it up to lean against the tree

  • Did you possibly feel how warm it was? Looks like an intentional positioning, fer sure. Wish you'd had your thermal camera on you.

  • Well, to come upon a dead deer completely upside down should (legs up) draw a red flag! Rig-a-mortis has definitely set in. Bigfoot will eat most all of a deer at times but at other times it will only eat certain organs. I feel that he dropped the deer when he sensed you in the distance. Probably had carried it for a while. Remember, he sees you before you see him. Put yourself in his shoes (I mean feet),everything for him is heightened. Hearing, sight, smell and uncanny awareness. He'll be back

  • Dovahkiin was practicing "Fus Ro Dah".

  • Please read my comments from 13days ago . Love your honesty, humbleness, and "real ness"

  • What is that in the middle of the chest? It looks like a slash or an incision (sp) what is it?

  • why was this doe not eaten by predators? that is ODD.

  • @ 2:23, largest tree dead center 30 feet from you. Look to the right of that tree all the way back to the brush line. If you watch that area when playing back at VERY slow speed (I use 1/10th speed) there is something moving around. In fact, from 2:22-2:25 you can see a small light colored dot appear. Not sure. Maybe nothing.

  • (cont) @ 1:19 & 1:55, is the bark "peeled off" that small tree in middle? @ 1:51, is that a "natural" tree pile in the background or a structure? @ 1:03, any imbedded hairs or fur evidence in the tree bark at the height of where the neck would have been if grabbed from behind the tree and had it's neck bent around the tree and broken? (which should leave some fur scrapings) This position CAN'T be from sudden collapse, seizure, etc. the neck would NOT be like that. It was WRAPPED around.

  • @ 1:17, can see one foot imprint under deers head. @1:23, the other foot imprint just to the right of the small tree in left bottom corner. This print is basically on top of that ? hole in the mud and at 1:32 you can sort of see how the leaves are pushed forward (where in theory the left front toes would have been dug in a bit). @ :38, fur peeled of neck from finger gripping. @1:42, is that friction rub marks on tree bark at the height the neck would have been grabbed at? (cont)

  • How about this theory? BF (maybe an adolescent one out horsing around or "practicing" the kill technique) crouched behind the small tree and waited for deer. Grabbed deer and used the tree as a leverage to snap the neck around the tree, then dropping it dead on it's back. Here's my reasons (cont)

  • how are the legs not limp...?

  • @ThePag3y riggor mortis lol

  • I don't know when deer hunting season starts. When it does how about this: Hanging a deer carcass up off the ground, enough for Bigfoot to grab it. Put a motion camera high up in the trees, you can catch WHATEVER takes the deer.

  • I would like to see what would happen if you came back at night with some more people and tried to take it.

  • there a road near by? coulda been hit by a car then placed there to let the scavengers have it without them risking being hit themselves

  • Here's a wild thought for ya. Maybe the deer was left like that by a bigfoot so the ticks would leave the cooling body. They have been extremely bad this year for anyone thats been out in the woods. Then it would return to pick it up. Remember bigfoots are 98% hair on their outside body.

  • Set a trail cam up by it..

  • Good find bros. If you have a game cam with you you should had set one up to watch over the kill to see what comes around it. But still a very good find.

  • i think that what may have happened is that something or someone took the deer by its legs and slammed it against the tree supposedly, because in some ways animals body language can tell what it was doing before it died.

  • your find looks like the the deer died laying down, then rigger mortis set in and the deer was placed like you found it, you can see the smooth look on the fur that the deer was laying down. I bet if you skin it you will see a blood pull in that area, great find, could of been a gift or some thing else. keep up the good work.

  • Have you guys returned to the site, and if so, what have you found? Obviously the deer had not been dead for very long (just enough for some rigor to set in) or coyotes, etc. would have scavenged it. What was the temp the day you found it & for the next few days? Sorry, just the forensics training coming out in me!

  • this is wierd. but it does look like its back legs have been tied. or look at how straight and flat its hind leg hair is. or the spots where the hair is pulled up like its been moved backwards. i believe this was a set up or some kind or baiting for predators. coyotes arent color blind and that white sticks out like free dinner. ive seen cows dead this same position actually. but who knows. this is one of those should have had a camera jobs.

  • @atspencer89 Good find. I also saw the same thing.

  • All I can say is WOW!

  • Its funny nothing has had a go at it, maybe something scared the other Predators off?

  • I am reading peoples ideas about seizures..If this deer had rabies I woukd assume seizures would happen...Would the other predators know not to eat a rabid dead animal? Quite the mystery Tim has uncovered

  • thats very weird . legs up and neck twisted / for sure is not a hunt from a cougar or bear ..coytes? never like that ..I just found (yesterday)a deer dead by coyotes and dont look like it,great find Tim ..to bad you got it go from you tube . if I was you just block the comments ..

  • The rigger in the back legs looks like something had picked it up or carried it when they got stiff. Just like when you hang a deer. See how the front legs still have the deers moving motion frozen in them? It was layed there like that for a reason. Need some trail cams up at that spot.

  • Tim, Can you put up some trail cams up to see if anything comes and gets it? Great discovery and video follow up. There are some strange things happening out there. Good job.

  • well its odd but if a small or any predator was after it it will be most likely be tore up i find it more odd the way its layed dead no scavengers been eating on it or nothing and if it was a big foot why would it not take it away strange i find many dead deer were im at and i never seen one untouched like this well only thing i can thing of it ran in to the tree not so weird every now and then a random bird hits my window which i find not normal

  • Awesome find! Did you see any tracks? If it was a BF, maybe the carcass will be moved the next time you see it!

  • You needto skin the deer out completely to see trauma ( bruising) at any point of impact. The neck does NOT appear to be broken by looking at it. You have to skin it.If a rock hit it or tree , you WILL see major bruising under the hide...other than that its all speculation.

  • Great video,What a truly strange bizarre find.I got to say in all the time I've spent filming wildlife ,Never have i came across any dead animal so "CLEAN" killed as that.Very puzzling!

  • Starting at 1:45 5 BFs behind that big log. (full screen/pausing frame-by-frame) 2:21 what's behind that log at the end of deer's feet/right side? More BF actions behind those trees within forest. Love your videos! Thank you! Behind that big log look like Ewoks.

  • Hi. It is like something was interrupted before it could finish it's work. Good catch.

    chuck

  • Wow Tim! Excellent find. And you say you weren't even planning on going out to your area? Just minding your own business and you decided to go out and this is what you find? Sounds like a gift to me too!

  • the neck being twisted like that reminds me of another bigfoot research video with an eight foot grizzly bear with its neck twisted.

  • @standook do you find that video on you tube? can I have the link? apreciatte tnx ..

  • Very X-files looking. Wonder who or what is going to claim it ?!

  • its a shame you couldnt set up some night cameras on the deer to see if something comes to claim the kill

  • well keeping an eye on the carcus may provide you with some insight....does it just up and disapear or will perditors devor it mmmmm ?

  • That is crazy!!! When you were looking at the ground and then you said "that could have been from me, just a second ago" and you pan the camera up, about 30-40 yards out, I could have sworn I saw something move. Looked like it "ducked" behind a tree? I don't know for sure, but.... either way this is very, very strange indeed. If only we could see what that deer saw the last five minutes of it's life. No teeth marks on the neck, no holes, looks like it was killed by something with hands.

  • talk to matt moneymaker about this, he lived in the akron area in the early 90's and studied many supposed bigfoot kills from menonite farmers who brought it to his attention. there were also some that moneymaker found around lake berlin area. it is said they break and twist a leg and take out the liver. maybe he was preparing the deer for lunch and something spooked the big guy

  • Could have died from something else, and had seizures whatever that made the neck look twisted. And why would a bigfoot leave its dinner untouched? Same goes for the arguments about other predators.

  • Could have died from something else, and had seizures whatever that made the neck look twisted.

  • Very odd find, thanks.

  • Ton's of Deer up here but I've never seen one dead that didn't have an obvious wound or at least was partially eaten. Very cool find.

I guess we are sharing that same crappy weather.lol

  • @OWFR More questions than answers now. LOL something very strange happened here.

  • Weird position to find one for sure. I have never seen one die laying like that.

  • @clewi1091 Me either! I was shocked when I saw this. I filmed what I could before the rain damaged my camera.

  • rigor has set in and the legs are sticking straight up so it didnt die in the position it must have been lieing down then placed there definately wierd i dont know what to make of it.

  • @THESLICKNESSEDM Your guess is as good as mine!

  • What the heck?!?!?! How could rigormortis set in like that, in that position. I mean the legs fully extended like that?!?!

  • @maxybob Wish I had an answer for you. Does rigormortis extend the legs like that if they were in a bent position?

  • That is weird. Be safe and thanks for sharing.

  • I think maybe a smaller predator, possibly a cougar or wolf may have been chasing the deer in the dark and in all of the panic the deer was not paying attention and it got clothes-lined in the neck, snapping it and dropping the deer right there. But the question is, why would the predator just leave the body there ?

  • @jacobpf4 Good points. But I agree on why leave it untouched?

  • @tcsjrbigfoot maybe a bear scared the predators off. Also Ive never really heard of a bear eating deer as food... weird

  • @jacobpf4 That does sound very likely.

  • @jacobpf4 it would have bite marks in it

  • Thanks! Great video! I'm at a loss for any natural explanations.

  • That don't look like 'death from natural causes' there Timbo! looks like the neck is broken for sure... looks like that deer could have been left for y'all to find... a gift maybe! There was zero attemp to hide the carcass! Wow! Do y'all look hungry? ;)

  • @BubbaRountree Very strange to find something like this. If it was caused by a Bigfoot then this is great evidence. Can't prove it tho and thats the sad thing.

  • great job tim excellent research!! ...happy holidays to you and family! ...nick

  • Wow, I think this is one of the most facinating finds you've made! BFs are often reported to kill deer by pouncing on them and snapping their necks with their bare hands, and some times grabbing them and smacking them against a tree.

And if the deer had dropped dead, it would not have dropped into that position.Awesome find!

  • @imagineerboi Thanks! I agree!

  • @imagineerboi Well ive seen cows when they die of natural causes... alot of the time they do fall over like that lol. belive it or not

  • @imagineerboi What if the deer saw Bigfoot? How do we know the deer is'nt Taxidermy?

  • Is that some kind of wound on the breast, almost at the base of the neck?

  • @Jofus73 No. It's just where the hair is puffed up. Good eyes! I did a complete check for wounds.

  • dang..

  • No marks except for the broken neck. Looks like their hunt was interrupted, I've heard they will chase a deer down and grab them by the rear legs.

  • @rodslinger86 Interrupted! Thats what it looks like to me.

  • Tim how about placing a trail camera pointing toward the deer?...I am a city boy, and that does not look normal!!! Could the Sas have been interrupted while this happened? What would interrupt the "king" of the forest?...man....that is very weird....Best of luck. Can't wait to see your follow up vids.

  • @folz208 I have had the worst luck with trailcams. LOL I dont even have them anymore. We will do a follow up tomorrow night. Thank you

  • Wow, that's strange! Could the deer have run into the tree, broke it's neck and died right there?

  • @oknad49 That is always possible. I just don't understand why it was in this kind of position.

  • @oknad49 thats what it looked like to me, she ran into a tree and broke her neck. I a Bigfoot killed it you would thnk it would have ate it or torn off a leg for dinner.

  • the hind legs look as if they have been held together while the front legs were trying to run!!! it is laying in a very unnatural position and does look like it has been swung against a tree!!!! very crazy hope to see an update soon babe!!!!

  • Maybe it's a gift...?

  • Tim did you film it when you saw it a hundred yds away ?

  • @cprahl007 Yes Sir, I have 11 more minutes of video footage before and after but this is what I wanted to share. It has been edited for time so the video wasn't so long. We are all set for tomorrow night where i will bring some friends and researchers in to help me investigate more. Were only really going to try and find footprints within a few hundred yards of this deer or anything else we can find. We will also be examining the carcass in more detail.

  • @tcsjrbigfoot Can you post the actual discovery video at 100 yds i think that it's important to show this .
