Closing theme is "Parade of the Chessmen" by John Mullendore (1914-1990), who also did themes for "Time Tunnel", "Burke's Law", "Voyage to the Bottom of the Sea", "Land of the Giants", "Mannix" and "Star Trek". This arrangement of the Racket Squad theme is somewhat different from that recorded later by Buddy Morrow on the 1959 album, "Impact".
These credits are from the May 1, 1952 episode "The Soft Touch", originally sponsored by Philip Morris (note the cigarette pack on the dispatcher's desk; in the original title, he passes it to the "desk sergeant" next to him [as "On the Trail", PM's musical signature, is heard], who lights up as the episode's title is flashed on screen; then, a prominent close-up of a PM pack on "Captain Braddock's" desk, which shifts to him introducing the evening's story and a short plug for his sponsor).
These shows hold up well. You can rent them from Netflix. They're a hoot, but don't expect hi-def.
