No, it doesnt. The piece is being played slow. Too slow. My school band and all district symphonic band has played this, and the symphonic was the same as this. Its too slow. It has to be driving, or the forcefullness of the piece disappears. Also the flutes are to overbearing, and they cover up the orchestra. And the trashcan isnt strong enough. Im not saying the players or the conductor is bad; im just pointing out the mistakes. Other than thase, the piece was vey nicely played.
