The "perfect storm" of current realities, and description of conditions which have led to the current monetary crises.

The "algorithm" to explain this is something akin to the graphic shown in this video, and yet, it begins with the presumption that lies were the goal, and therefore lies were achieved.

I believe this video is a landmark achievement because it crosses all bounderies of political ideology.

The metaphor is predictably, "holding the tiger by its tail".
