I could've read the subtitles though, but I can only speak and hear cantonese, not read or write, coz I'm originally from Macau (near HK) and I studied portuguese. I couldn't hear his friend very well but I guess his reply was "Don't cry out yet, those northern chinese ladies wouldn't bare you crying.". Then the other guy suggests they should speak english, thinking those "bak gu" (northern chinese ladies) wouldn't understand. The fat guy speaks in broken english, and the girl surprises the guys by speaking brilliant english.

"Kou ban xi je" is cantonese for "flirt with those policewomen". Mr.Za (~a is like "aaaaaaaaa") was his attempt to say "yan ja" which is scum.
