you do not slide in Shift 2, unless you have actual oversteer. also, Shift is an assault for your senses and feeling for the car you drive (which is done extremely well), not physics exact down to a miliNewton or some shit, which are uselesss.

I assure you, differences between cars can be so subtle, it's a great joy to play this game and just do the same track over and over with different cars.
