Bellydancing is an essential part of Arabic culture and is practised in different styles in different countries, you can't really attribute the whole concept of bellydancing only to Egypt. The Egyptian style is really beautiful though :)

Since I've noticed that people have an interest in watching videos of particular belly dancers, I have created some playlists for a few dancers that I like.
