why are you talking about skin colours? in italy you can find all kind of european and african cultures. in the noth-east you can find germans, and they talk some kind of german language (and some laDino). in west part (near the swiss and france) you can find a lot of french people. in the south you can find arabians, albanians (arbresh, in the specific), greek, and spanish communities (naples' dialect is similar to spanish). in sardegna island you can find a strong spanish presence.

We can find non european culture only in a very little percent in sicily (togheter with greek,german)
