I'm starting to question the knowledge of that commentator around 2:32, claiming JLB was faking it. A kick in the plexus hurts, but it's not debilitating pain for long. It's quite possible for it to overwhelm you enough for a KO, and then go away sufficiently in just 10 seconds to be able to walk.

Then again, it's probably easier for them to accuse JLB of faking then to see what is actually going on: Schilt is a monster and destroys almost every opponent.
