i wondered at first why the video was of a pot of boiling water. After I listened to the song, I figured it out: the pot of water is the interesting part. Sorry to all the fans out there; these guys have way more talent than I ever will, but I really didn't care for this rendition of the song.

I had to search this song after hearing it on Parenthood. Just made me want to play guitar and write a cool ass song like this! Then I realized that it is a song that I have known all my life and liked of course and it has just been altered in its approach and style. And that is masterful in itself. Awesome piece of music.

I was listening, enjoying the accoustic sound. Then I thought to myself... "Wow, this is a really mellow music video. I wonder why I'm just watching this water boil? I've been focusing so much on the music. Maybe they chose the boiling water so it wouldn't be a distraction."

Then I GOT IT, and I had this moment of epiphany where I realized "Whoa! I'm watching a pot boil! You're not supposed to do that!"
