sibalom is that they don't have t his good drainage system. in 2007, i went in sibalom municipal hall and the same old wooden munical hall exists 20 years ago. may mga anay ron dingding na...hindi pa ginapakid-an. ano natabo sa mga tawo dyan nga nagapungko sa city hall, nagapangutuhay lang? man-an ko may budget ang kada banwa kag may kita man ang banwa. basi sa sunod sulidap na lang atop nya. bugtaw mga taga-sibalom!!!
