  • ok..I have voted since i turned 18,im 44 now and always voted republican. But i have no faith our votes even count.cause lets face it.The fact is Obama would never have received enough votes to get past hilary or any other. Its a scam Take care.

  • BudPeters44, you are right it is a scam. type in "George Carlin-Who really controls America". PEACE

  • Amen ..Peace

  • this is why everyone should be independant..it allows you to vote either way and not be such a robotic voter or cult looking member..We should vote in the best American regardless of Party. One Problem though. Our votes to not count any higher up than a Govoner.Senators and Presidents pay for their seats as we have seen that in action.Even lower level seats can be bought .Most are not voted in as they are bought in.Learn the truth or die dumb your choice.

  • Another problem is that Independents can't vote in Republican/Democratic primaries..

  • who told you that ??? i have been independent for for 8 years and i vote either way.Thats what it allows you to do.Someone lied to you..change it i guarantee you will be free of party cults Peace.

  • Now i don't even see our votes count at all.I did not even vote last election and will not till i feel it does count. But then the sell senate ,governor and a mayor seat since Obamas seat in the House,I give up.We need to clean it up .They used to serve us ,now we serve them.

  • In some states, if you're Independent you are not able to vote in some primaries because they are "closed", meaning only members of that party can vote in it. I'm not sure which states have closed primaries though.. I read that 32 states have open primaries.

That means there's still 18 states out there with closed primaries, so being Independent in those states wont do any good. That's why the system needs to be changed.

  • New Mexico has a closed primary system. The idea would be legit if parties were forced to conduct their own primaries, but since the gov't conducts primaries for the 2 major parties, they make the rules and in some states allow independents to vote in what should be private primaries.

  • there should be no party line we have to belong to in order to vote. All we should need is to be a regerster'd voter and vote anyway we like.We need real change.

  • only during primaries do you have to claim a party to vote because those votes are within the individual parties

  • They are picked by other politicians before they have a chance to run for any significant office. For example the Republican Chairman has website knocking Rand Paul. Why attack someone in your own party? It's not about being the best, its about following their rules.

  • Agree with you !! its all a game and we are fools to play a game we cannot win.

  • Never say never. It just shows you that good people need to be in all levels of government. We need the GOP chair spots too.

  • It's called Libertarian

  • i feel dirty knowing that adam is going to be part of the republican party :P

democrats are nothing great either, don't get me wrong... it's just that... the current republican party is... uuuhhhhg - Michelle Bachman, etc...

the party needs serious help and i'm not sure you can cure their malady.

  • That is why it is time to rebuild it.

  • ya but right now it is being rebuilt and taken over by ultra far right nut jobs that think corporations are interested in the wellbeing of the public.

  • Didn't she know that while Obama was extremely fiscally liberal while McLame was socially liberal?

  • great job...pulling for you up here in NYC

  • Go, Kokesh!

  • This is great!

  • fuck party restrictions

  • I know its bullshit, the 2 party system is super flawed. If it were more open, the republican party would split between libertarian and dems

  • Fuck parties.

  • It would be great if people could see themselves as independent individuals.

  • Nothing short of miraculous, actually. Freemen on the land, anyone? Anyone?

  • Kokesh deserves support from all Libertarian minded people.

  • Kokesh is awesome!

  • interesting video, but definitely felt "pushed" and unnatural imo. kinda awkward, but hey good effort!

ps: i would have laughed if at the end it was Adam standing behind the camera the whole time lol

  • Ha Ha Ha, that would have been funny!

  • I would wager that this woman represents many other people across the country who voted for Obama but have been scared, and rightly so, by the massive increase in spending under his administration and his failure to end the wars. Long live the disenchantment with the left! And the right!

  • Can't expect a man to just end two wars like their just a bunch of kids playing war in the sand and disband because it's dinner time.

Besides, he's only been in office what... 10 months and some days? If that?

We destroyed whatever order was in those countries and expected to just pull out and leave them both in a worse situation than it was when we entered?

  • No one expected or expects him to end the wars at the snap of a finger. But Obama ran as the peace candidate, and he has turned out to be a war president. He is not withdrawing from Iraq. He has sent thousands more troops to Afghanistan. He is only working for peace by an Orwellian definition of that word. As for the violence that will ensue upon withdrawal, that is inevitable and it can be laid at the door of those who insisted on invading those countries in the first place.

  • @RMMHS4RP

Remember what I said about the order. The order has been removed. Now we can't leave without restoring some sort of order. It goes without saying, if we pull out before that happens, the area is ripe for the taliban to just sweep in and set up shop.

I want it over as well. I don't think we should've even gone there to begin with. But now that we went in there and toppled the regimes...

    Now we're up shit creek.

  • great work!

  • fiscal conservative, socialy liberal. LOL described libertarianism. Which is what the republicans used to be. When the republicans lost their way with freedom, the libertarian party was created in the 70's. The republicans and democrats could no longer represent any of the views of the libertarians.
