In all fairness, we could just capret bomb entire towns suspected of harboring insurgents. Instead we send good men and women out to clear house by house, and if you ever actually knew what you have to go through just to get these airstrikes authorized, people would realize its not just an indiscriminant 'boys with toys' moment.
As far as thier reactions to the bombings, you wanna tell me how many terrorists laughed when they got news of 9/11? Quite a few I'd imagine.

@bajesus666 join the airforce pass the aviators class/requirements, get missiles training, do a few missions with the basic F-16 (no JDAM) after your more advanced do a couple of missions with an F/A-18 Super Hornet, (no JDAM still) finally become a more advanced aviator, get the F-15E (all the JDAMS necessary for the mission) and whola!!! (it's the only way to get what you wanted, no black market sells quality American missles or fighter jets) lol!
