Do you want to pass or push the look a bit? If you're going for realness, I'd say it looks great, but I think you could ramp up the color a bit, but reduce the amount of make-up (unless it's my monitor). The overall face looks a little beige or brown, and I'd like to see it lighten up for a more "clean" face. Of course you need the eyes and lips, but less is more, as they say. You have a pretty face, so you don't need to "create" a face that isn't there. Go for a younger look. Good luck!
