I find it comical that people who want be in public office swear an oath to support and defend the Constitution, but when it comes to times like these, they act as though they are totally ignorant of its contents. Much like our current Attorney General who swore to "Support and Defend the Constitution and to bear true faith and allegiance to the same, but then stood up and advocated the permanent emplacement of the Assault Gun Ban which under the rule of the SCOTUS is an UnConstitutional Law.
The reason they can't get representatives is because D.C. is primarily black and so Republicans fear it will become a Democrat stronghold. They're more worried about politics than in citizens' rights.
The solution: give UT another representative that they should get from increased population (a Republican most likely) and balance that with a D.C. representative (a Democrat most likely).
Seems that once again the two party system has stood in the way of democracy.
here's a solution for the liberal cry babies... MOVE TO AN ACTUAL STATE!

BECAUSE THE CONSTITUTION SAYS SO YOU GUN GRABBING CUNT!!
If DC residents want the vote than either change the Constitution or move to a state. Either the Constitution means something or it doesn't.
