Notice how only the first 6 strings are fretted. That would mean that the 6 deeper strings are only made to play one note. Watch from 20 seconds, and u can see he plucks 1,2,3, and the note only goes up and down by one. It;d be pretty simple to tune that

The middle six strings are standardly tuned guitarwise, but there are strings below and above it that can be tuned however you want but they basically work in the same way as a harp. He has 20 strings
