  • I like that Romney likes to fire people. As the future boss of big government, shouldn't every Republican like that he likes to fire people? I for one will not shed a tear if he sends millions, hell, all of those government bureaucrats home with pink slips. I'm still confused why my fellow Republicans are scorning a guy who has the exact credentials needed to reduce spending and increase efficiency, which many of us would agree starts with firing lazy government workers.

  • (1) This is being reported as "he enjoys firing people". Total difference between "like" and "enjoy".

    (2) He didn't say he likes firing people, he said he likes "being able to" fire people. It's like the difference between saying I like being able to shoot intruders in my home, and I like shooting intruders. There's a vast difference in meaning.

    (3) He wasn't talking about individuals, he was talking about companies. Refraining from using a company's services won't ruin someone's life.

  • I agree with his response. I don't like Mitt, can we fire him first?

  • Give this pussy a headshot.

  • He doesn't like to fire people. He likes money, and if firing you will get him a little more, he will.

  • @teak43 There's nothing wrong with his point here.

Are you saying you have never chosen not to do business with someone because they are inept?

We ALL do it all the time. I don't like Romney but this is a weak unintelligent argument. Dems should demand more from their party.

  • is anyone really actually voting for this guy

  • @GMTPoet If you don't 'feel' that way, it doesn't change the fact that you can buy a service from whoever you please, and when a service is not given the way you like you can take your money to someone else. That's what firing someone means in this context. If being able to do that is a problem with anyone, there are plenty of communist countries to choose as new homes.

  • To all the people who don't like being able to fire people who provide services to them, how's the DMV and TSA working out for you?

  • @manikaj1 Good point.

  • IM GONNA GO FUCK A PANDA IN THE MOUTH

  • @haloforu you have to understand that there are radicals in every religion who take the words in their holy book very literally. christians have the KKK. does that make every christian as ignorant as them? no. my great grandfather immigrated to canada in the 20's after WW1 from palestine. my name is matt and im muslim. my best friends are christian. dont judge people based on their religion. judge them by their actions. i would never stone/rape/cut a woman. try being more open minded

  • @matt17carloz

The KKK is not a religious movement AT ALL. All the KKK wants is a superior WHITE nation, whichever religion you are. All I'm saying is that in OUR country, The United States, whichever religion you are, you should be charged by OUR laws, not the laws of your religion or the country you came from. Just a few miles from where I live, a muslim man ran over his daughter for becoming too 'Americanized'. He got murder in the 3rd degree, which is basically a slap on the wrist.

  • @haloforu the fact that its not religious is besides the point. what im saying is that there are radicals in every society. the man who killed his daughter is an idiot. he should have stayed in his country if he didnt want his kids to get accustomed to western culture.but if a christian/catholic/protestant person killed someone.. does that make everyone from that religion a killer? no. and as for his sentence, im sure it had nothing to do with his religion, everyones equal under the constitution

  • @haloforu the fact that its not religious is besides the point. what im saying is that there are radicals in every society. the man who killed his daughter is an idiot. he should have stayed in his country if he didnt want his kids to get accustomed to western culture.but if a christian/catholic/protestant person killed someone.. does that make everyone from that religion a killer? no.

  • @haloforu some muslims hate the u.s. is because you continue to police the world just so the elite can protect their strategic interests (killing Innocent people over there and losing american soldiers as well) veterans are actually waking up now.. youtube ' American soldier "I killed innocent people" '. on a side note- vote RON PAUL 2012. maybe you'll finally see some change

  • @matt17carloz

So just because our president wants to police the world, that means you have to chop off the heads of others who probably dont even agree with it?

  • @haloforu im going to resort back to my first comment and call you an idiot. the united states has been funding isreal to bomb its surrounding countries since 1948. thats where the hate comes from not because you're "free and prosperous". wake the fuck up. the U.S hit first. do you really expect those nations who lost MILLIONS of innocent lives in the past two decades to NOT retaliate? turn off the TV and do some real research.

  • @matt17carloz How can you say Christians have the KKK.

The KKK hates Catholics and they are Christian. That statement was asinine.

  • @MaHaRushie you just said the KKK are christian. confirming what i just said. what are you trying argue?

  • @matt17carloz No corky, Catholics are Christians.

  • @haloforu you're being stereotypical and ignorant. first of all there is no such a thing as an illegal human being. second of all, you should educate yourself about islam and your OWN religion. assuming your christian... "But if ... evidences of virginity are not found for the young woman, then they shall bring out the young woman to the door of her father's house, and the men of her city shall stone her to death with stones..." (Deuteronomy 22:20,21).

  • @matt17carloz

There are such things as an illegal human being. It's called someone crossing a border illegally. Why do you think we have Border Patrol (which seems to not be working at all)? And that verse is from a Catholic bible. Who ever said I was a catholic?

  • @matt17carloz Fool. Christians don't believe that. YOU need to educate yourself. Christianity didn't end with the Old Testament. If so we would be Jewish. You also don't see Christians bringing dead chickens to church to atone for their sins. Read the New Testament as well.

And yes Islam sucks. When was the last time you heard of a Christian pries/reverend busted for trying to organize a roadside bombing?

  • @MaHaRushie Fool? really now? i have read both the new and old testament. my point was to show that the quran and the old testament were very similar. its just that the quran was never changed and people still follow it word for word to this day. but that doesnt make every muslim a crazy terrorist.

id like to see the article/video about the roadside bombing if you can send it to me.

on a side note: when was the last time you heard of an imam molesting little boys?

  • @matt17carloz So because they are following the violent teaching of a violent religion started by Mohammed who was a tribal leader that killed thousands they are still a peaceful people. Face it, Islam is a gutter religion for uneducated people.

Imams probably molest little boys at the same rate as any other occupation. WTF. Stay focused.

  • @MaHaRushie 1) no. thats not what i meant. islam is not violent. you need to understand that there are radicals who have ties to some very important people who fund them. the radicals take verses in the quran out of context to benefit the political agenda of the "boys upstairs" who in turn benefit from turmoil in the middle east by raising oil prices. its GREED and HATE motivating these acts NOT religion.

  • Comment removed

  • Typical left to post a clip like this so out of context.

  • In the immortal words of Rick Perry: "Oops"

  • @lilnardo731 No I didnt. In fact, I dislike anyone taking words out of context. Romney most likely won't have my vote, but this is a blatant "low blow" by the left-media. He said he wants to "fire people" who don't do their job right. That sounds like a little things I've heard before...oh yeah...CAPITALISM.

  • You are right Mr Romney. On that note, You're Fired.

    Ron Paul 2012

  • you americans would be moronic to vote for this idiot

  • Ron Paul!!!

  • RON PAUL 2012

  • He's talking about free enterprise being able to get that service from someone else if you dont like the one you currently have. if you're offended by what he just said youre an idiot!

  • @Dirtydannnification ...i've thinking about this pretty intently for a long time, and here's the conclusion I've come to:

...when the system gives little value, all the while requiring a lot of value in return, that is theft...

...the "money changers" that Jesus was so disgusted with, (not only did he drive them out, but notice that he overturned their tables and seats, which was their vehicle and authority to do what they were doing)

the big shots screwing the litle guy

  • @Dirtydannnification ...so you can see, that when big govt and big business control all the marbles, what you ALWAYS get, is ripped off and enslaved...

...it's an old system, nothing new here...and i don't support it...

  • @Dirtydannnification ...free enterprise is not really what he is supporting, he is supporting big business in reality, and privately owned and controlled centralized banking...and that is terrible...even Greenspan stated we don't have a free maket system...ok, i'll shut up...

  • Hey bet you 10,000 u don't win your going to miss jackass ha ma hahaha:-$

  • @TheCultivatedMind Great link, thanks for posting that.

  • THIS NIGGER HAS MY VOTE !

  • Was his father, a Michigan governor and CEO of American Motors, less for being a Morman? Are Sen. Orrin Hatch and Harry Reid lousy Senators since they're Mormans? No.

Now, on to having the balls to fire someone. Bush, the jerk I voted for, never fired anyone. Even the head of Immigration Services when that Department actually approved Mohammed Atta's Visa 6 months after he crashed into the Trade Center. Or CIA's George Tenet after 4 planes were hijacked and when he said Iraq WMD was a SLAM DUNK.

  • 744 people got fired

  • I bet all the Stupid Dems that are faking outrage, would have been cool with a third Bush term if it were legal.

Come on these kind of stupid arguments are not going to help anyone. Its wrong when they do it to Dems and its wrong when they do it to Reps.

  • @Sp0ilTheFun Grow up. Listen to the entire video. This is BS and we need to hold them accountable. Its wrong when they do this to Obama and its wrong when they do it to Romney. Media sucks. We have SERIOUS issues and they pull this crap.

  • @MaHaRushie I did.

And this is based around a serious issue. If you keep track of Romney's record he made money from downsizing(firing over9000 people) with bain. Making money out of money just like the Wall Street Banks. But fuck it right? That's not important hes a politician now...Even though he's still on Bain's payroll. Lmao

  • @Sp0ilTheFun downsizing is done all the time to eliminate the underperformers and refocus. Would you prefer the entire business fail.

So you would continue to go to a doctor that didn't know his shit? Or would you fire him and go to another doctor?

Come one. I'm no Romney fan, but stop with the stupid shit. I would rather be debating how we are going to pay our debt and get the economy moving again.

  • @MaHaRushie Downsizing comes as a way to work with less. Under-performers are fired and others are put in their place. I like how people are always complaining that corporate CEO's are out of touch and blame them for constantly shipping their jobs overseas, when people like Romney were the guys who gave that advice.

And now you want that same guy in office? Who puts profit over people? He advocates for tax cuts for the rich and subsidies for his corporate donors. Pick your poison 2012.

  • @Sp0ilTheFun I think I said I was NOT a Romney fan, dumbass.

More jobs are "insourced" than outsourced the experts estimate. If you stop outsourcing and all the other countries do as well, you have a net job loss.

Obama needs to stop viewing business as the enemy. He needs to ask. "what can we do to make you want to stay?"

Businesses are only to create products that make out lives better. They are not here to keep us employed or to cure our social ills.

  • @MaHaRushie No one's a Romney fan (Apparently). And I think that you are confusing entrepreneurs, inventors, and scientists with business. They are not the same thing. Bain makes money from money. Gates makes money from his creation of software that revolutionized the world, and he has actually given up 26billion+ of his own money to charity. But people like Romney still have a problem paying 35% in taxes.

  • @Sp0ilTheFun Entrepreneurs are not the same as business. Hmmmm that's brilliant. Go to school dude.

So in your mind anything that does not produce a tangible product is not valued. The US economy is largely a service economy - you are one ignorant SOB.

Bain makes money from money???? WTF

Man you got a lot of 'splainin to do.

  • @MaHaRushie Entrepreneurs are risk takers in business who profit more from products they chose to sell and how they sell it. Microsoft v. Goldman. there is no comparison.

A service can be a product as well depending on the service. Moving money isn't something that creates jobs or really that beneficial to the people.

  • @Sp0ilTheFun So you're ok with business. Its just when they get big and successful is when you have a problem. Thats a wacked out argument.

Moving money. Hmmm could you mean investing money??? What business doesn't need investors? Even small businesses need investors. How does that make a business illegitimate in your eyes if they are providing that service?????

  • @MaHaRushie When did I say that? Stop trying to form an argument out of things I didn't say.

I'm saying that there are people who actually create products and there are those that don't. Those that don't are different in the fact that they can prosper either through a successful investment or by playing against the economy. Which leads to a lot of risk v. reward market which caused our initial financial meltdown. I'm certainly not arguing against investors though only those who were not held ac

  • @Sp0ilTheFun Sorry, investment is needed to fund business. And you don't agreee with people making money when a successful business pays off???? You have to reward people for putting their money at risk.

So what specifically are you against. Is it just businesses that provide services? Just large businesses. People that invest in business? You don't like capitalism. What is it man?

  • @MaHaRushie People that make money out of failures. Is that what you're looking for?!?!?or do you want more specifics?!!?!? Geezsus christ lord saint mercy/joseph the 3rd.

  • @Sp0ilTheFun More specific please.

So you have a problem with people that sell the assets from bankruptcy? People that buy foreclosed houses? Big Lots that sells products that never made it? What is it? These are all examples of people turning a profit off of a failure. Would you rather these things just go by the wayside and no one earn income from them? WTF

Are you just blowing off steam?

  • @MaHaRushie People who vote against the economy. People like Romney who profit from failing businesses who skate buy getting a big salary while ending the jobs of others. And then prances around with a big smug smile on his face telling Americans that he knows what it's like fearing pink slips or knowing how it is to be on the streets. His fake personality and his non genuineness, say anything to get elected corporate lawyer drives me nutz. That's why nobody likes you mitt...

  • @Sp0ilTheFun So are you against the practice of firing the under performers in a company. Do you think firing anyone should be illegal? Well if that was the case no one would work while at work. Companies would go out of business and others would move to another part of the world. Surely you are not so stupid as to not see this. Are you?

  • @MaHaRushie Jesus Christ. Help me O LAWD!!!

I guess while you make baseless assumptions you can also say that I'm a socialist Marxist piggy with roots in the Nazi party that participated in the Iran contra scandal and also masterminded Nixon's reelection campaign.

  • @Sp0ilTheFun So is that a yes or no. Should firing underperformers be illegal? Should you be allowed to fire a mechanic that does crappy work on your car? because that is the essence of what he is saying here.

    Its a simple question.

  • @Sp0ilTheFun We just elected Obama and he fits most of the crap you listed.

  • @MaHaRushie Yet you want someone who's more of a corporate whore? How does that logic work?

  • @Sp0ilTheFun Again, I never said I was supporting Romney. I just hate when libs vote based on their feeeeelings. You have failed to make sense and if I have to school you any longer I am going to have to charge tuition fees.

  • @MaHaRushie There you go again making stuff up out of the blue. You should go work at foxnews.

  • @Sp0ilTheFun bLah blah blah foxnews blah blah blah bush lied blah blah blah. Libs love ignorant voters like you.

Oh yeah you forgot I am racist too, because I don't agree with you.

  • @MaHaRushie Because the south is such a shining example of intelligence...Also I never said you were racist at all, but you guys do love playing the race card.

  • @Sp0ilTheFun "south is such a shining example of intelligence" ...Hmmmm if I didn't know any better that looks like bigotry right there. Why is your statement any more acceptible than someone saying all blacks are ignorant?

    Another stupid lib. Too easy.

  • @Sp0ilTheFun "playing the race card" WTF. I am conservative not lib.

  • @MaHaRushie Exactly. Point proven.

  • Mitt Romney is a Mormon racist we can't afford to be running our country

    watch?v=RckqB2u9r3k

  • @huntersmithers I don't support Romney. But the left has got to stop labeling every opposing politician as a racist. Its old, tired and doesn't mean anything anymore.

Every heard of the boy that cried wolf?

  • @huntersmithers I don't like romney either but the worn out "racist" name calling has lost its meaning.

"racist" has come to be a liberal word for "i have no ideas or any points to offer but I don't like this guy"

Come on, your giving libs a bad name.

  • @Rqwerty123456 Hmm, lets see I corrected your retard grammar, yet I'm the dumbass? Well congrats on being made a fool of by a dumbass. You see, the point you're missing is your opinion of me amounts to dog shit since nobody gives a fuck about you. XD

  • You're all just lazy if you can't heroically inherit wealth like Mitt.

  • @christianecon The old rich are evil mind set. Well played.

  • Obama 2012!!!

  • Mitt Romney=Vulture Capitalism. Obama/Biden 2012!!

  • @dino0967

Romney is a Corporatist not a Capitalist. He is in favor of subsidies and is pro-FED, that's not Capitalism.

Obama is a war mongering corporatist like Romney, and Biden a confessed Zionist. Romney/Obama = More wars.

  • @asperin Of course its hard to beat the warring Obama has committed in our names.

Strange how the anti-war crowd is silent these days.

  • This is taken out of context. Look what he actually said:

“I want individuals to have their own insurance, that means the insurance company will have an incentive to keep you healthy. It also means if you don’t like what they do, you can fire them. I like being able to fire people who provide services to me."

As much as I dislike Romney, it's not fair to beat him up for something he didn't say. He said he likes to fire companies that don't provide proper service, not "i go around firing people"

  • @ulganen anybody who pays attention to the news knows where this came from. and anybody that doesn't shouldn't be voting anyway.

  • @rsbandbj1 Yeah because the news on TV aren't big corporations that are paid to cover specific topics or anything... Yeah... You tell them you big fucking smartarded genius.

  • "Romney likes firing people? Hell, that's nothing. I like executing people!" -- Rick Perry

  • @Chuck1974

    XD

  • How does anyone object to this?

If your barber screws up your haircut, do you not go to a different one after that?

  • @davebex13

Exactly, there was nothing wrong with what he said, but he should have phrased it differently, it sounds real bad taken out of context.

  • Dear America,

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE Vote Ron Paul!

    Regards,

    The rest of the world

  • Obama 2012

  • if ron paul doesnt get on the ballot im writing it in... i suggest you do the same..

  • We really need a radical corporation raider to gut a this federal bureacracy. But am afraid it's all talk talk talk.... blah blah blah

  • Lets hire the businessman who sends american jobs over seas.... and enjoys firing americans...

Great idea for saving america, republicans... BRILLIANT

  • hahaha.... foolish republicans want to elect the same guy they worry will fire them

  • democrats thin the world would get BETTER if you couldn't fire people

  • as long as this isn't out of context at all....

  • People are stupid if you think that he means that he just randomly fires people. What he means is if you arnt doing your job the he can fire you

  • With SC Companies Romney got -

    MANY MILLIONS for the 1%

    A SCREW-JOB for the 99%

    Same thing if elected President!

  • mmmmmmmmmmm

  • RON PAUL DAMMIT!!!!!

  • MORMON MITT=BLOODSUCKING VULTURE

  • Boycott Staples

  • silly Americans, fuck off

  • Try to fill out a job application for Bain Capital. You can't. He has no jobs. He just screws workers by BUYING their company, shipping it off overseas, firing the workers, some whov've worked for 30 years, bankrupts their pensions and leaves town with millions for HIMSELF.

This is a VULTURE. You must be CRAZY if you want this guy running the country.

  • Completely misleading title.

  • Such a misleading title...cmon he clearly said he likes having the ability to fire people not actually having to fire them. This was most likely a reference to the bureaucrats who seem to be impervious to losing their jobs

  • If you want to go back to the devastation and the incompetence of the Bush years just vote for a Republican. Just look at an example of what they are capable of doing. The outgoing Republican Governor of Mississippi just released over 200 felons, murderers and convicts. Ask yourself this question; CAN WE REALLY TRUST REPUBLICANS. The definitive answer is NO, NO, NO, NO.

  • @IngloriusBastard11 And what has Obama done these last 4 years that was so magnificent?

  • @TopLooper OBAMA KILLED OSAMA & GADDAFI,and he BROUGHT THE TROOPS HOME!!!...BITCH!! He also eliminated pre-existing conditions thru the affordable care act.

Those 4 alone sound pretty fucking impressive to me,YA LOW-RENT REPUBLICAN SHITBAG!!

  • now i dont even care who will be next pres this 2012,obama or ron paul,no matter, just plz for fuck sake plz not one of those 5 idiots, esp.that texan war wacky perry

  • why the fudge would you support obama??!! you're supposed to be smarter than that. if ron paul doesnt win the gop it's because of voter fraud or something. mitt, newt, santorum, bachman and perry are all ignoble scum.

  • I support Ron Paul, and if he doesn't get it then I'll switch back to Obama. BUT

What Romney talks about here is extremely important for any kind of system, be it capitalism, socialism, communism- whatever, the ability to fire people is vital to all of them. It's downright RETARDED that thinking human beings scold him for such a pefectly normal thing to say.

  • Nothing wrong with that. People keep there job for a reason. People bet fired for a reason. Get on with it you pussy socialists.

  • @ThePatrickfeeney Actually Massachusetts was ranked 47th in the nation in job creation when Romney was governor.

He is also a proven flip flopper. He talks out of both sides of his mouth. Why vote for the people we can't even trust?

"Ron Paul has a record of philosophical consistency unmatched in recent congressional history."

    - Wall Street Journal

Ron Paul is the only trustworthy candidate even running for President in 2012, including Obama.

  • I don't see anything wrong with that statement.

  • makes perfect sense to me... if I don't like my cell phone service provider, I'm going to drop them and find someone else that I feel will serve me better.

  • this guy is the defenition of a dickhead.

  • i dont see whats wrong with this statement he is basically saying dont be afraid to fire people if they dont do a good job and im not even routing for Romney to win

  • By service he means getting his taint cleaned.

  • Uh, yes it's a little crudely put, but if you're paying someone wages to put 110 percent effort into a job and they half-ass it, then why shouldn't you fire them...?

  • Why am I fired?

  • ron paul for president or this country is ruined

  • @zebra4593 as a supporting democratic and a very open minded person, ive said time and time again, if paul were to win the republican seat, it would be a very hard vote for me. Paul or Obama.

  • @emorph go with paul

  • @zebra4593 You can't be serious, if Paul wins we will have another civil war that will make the last one look like a walk in the park. This guy is a candidate for the rubber room, he say that all federal money should be returned to the States in the form of block grants as it would be more efficient. What a joke we would go from one bureaucracy to 50, and that is effecient? Al and MS would empty out overnight and all the wealthy States would have their National Guard defending their borders.

  • @zebra4593 you mean ron paul the traitor. he's not even a republican, he should be running for independent.

  • @rsbandbj1 Yeah Ron Paul, the guy who is completely in line with what republican stands for isn't a republican. Here I got an idea, let's spend a bunch of money. Now I'm a modern republican. Awesome!

  • @zebra4593 your beloved candidate is a right wing fundamentalist, a nutjob propaganda spewing old bigoted man.

  • @zebra4593 i like ron paul too, I'm all for the horse carriages and 1700 lifestyle and the gold standard. oh by the way did you know he has been invested in mining companies, so the only reason he wants a gold standard is to make money for himself. what would paul do in Hormuz? he believes in not entangling in foreign affairs, he wouldn't have even intervened at all. Under his rules US. would only be in US. waters.

  • @zebra4593 “Mind our own business and have a strong national defense. ... thats a quote . Hormuz if it is shut down 1 day oil could go up 15-20 dollars a barrel.

  • @MrBleuuu17 Exactly. And if we had minded our own business as the founders and Ron Paul entail, Iran wouldn't be threatening to shut down the Straight of Hormuz in the first place.

  • @thetrustworthy57 tell that to Adolf Hitler.

  • They cut off the part where hes talking about insurance companies. Not common workers. And by the way if you suck at your job you get fired, it doesn't matter what the economy is doing. That's the way it's always been.

  • I'd like to know why this asshole had all his computers along with his staff's computers wiped clean before leaving office as Massachusetts Governor. And let's get one thing straight, Mitt Romney was ground zero for unaffordable socialized healthcare, but he got his inspiration from a study done by Orin Hatch of Utah and Newt Gingrich. And, our POS president Obama modeled his socialized healthcare act on Mitt Romney's model. It's a fucking circle-jerk.

  • The "They" he is referring to before this clip started was insurance companies that don’t provide the service they said they would. The fact that Paul supporters would perpetuate this stupid non-story is a big reason why I cannot support the “YouTube candidate”. I would almost like to see Paul win (as impossible as that is) just to laugh at you idiots as he fails… but it would be a hallow victory as millions of our friends around the world would pay for it with their lives. Grow up kids!

  • What would you call BARACK OBAMA if he were white?

    MITT ROMNEY.

Different faces. Different rhetoric. Same policies.

  • google king of bain for the truth about romney

  • "I like being able to fire people..."

He was sincere, but does not understand what he is saying, or the implications of his statements.

Consider that, before departing on a lengthy road trip, he placed his family dog (an Irish setter) in an air-tight (his words) kennel atop the vehicle for twelve hours. The dog died as a result.

Watch the Chris Wallace interview about it. He still has that idiotic, perma-grin going as he relates the story of his dog's death.

    GO RON PAUL!!!

  • mitt romney, your fired...

  • 1 + 1 = 2

  • Ron Paul !!!

  • Id fire Losers too....problem ?

  • Ron Paul!!!!!!!!

  • MIT THE FLIP, BUSH 2.0,

  • Hey everybody let's overreact to this. Good job YouTube I can see you're way ahead of me....

  • as usual the leftist propaganda knows no bounds, next Obama advisors will own news channels

  • Great

  • Does this service involve hookers

  • Digging a deeper hole.....

  • I'm a democrat and I think this is unfair, regardless of party

  • There is something about the way he says it. It comes from deep within, he really likes to say 'You are fired." Not the normal way most human beings would choose to word the concept.

It shows more than anything, the kind of person he is. Not a fellow I'd care to spend much time with.
