Crude menu's are the new thing at canon ! Do this button then that button then turn it over and stick it up ! I'm sure the Canon team has my message. Don't hire an eng. Hire a real person that uses your camera's ! What a mess !
I was told through a 7d tutorial that being the images are comprised into the cards that it's best to do as much of settings on the camera than preproduction. They said that being the 7D files are already comprised that you will lose resolution and detail in preproduction and that there's only a limited amount pre you can do without effecting quality. What do think of this matter?

@TheKingpelu If you shoot in RAW mode, you dont loose any information when the data is saved to card however you will then have to use Lightroom or Photoshop to export to a web/client friendly format.
