If u do enuff reps, you WILL c results; Madonna doesn't lift anything heavier than 5lbs but her body speaks for itself! Morever, these r w/outs intended 4 women. many of us don't want 2 buff up but tone-these r perfect 4 that. Lastly, if u don't feel sum kind of burn, it's likely u rn't doing enuff &/or doing it wrong, in which case, if u can't even find your core & practice correct posture, who are u 2 judge?

It is good you have progress. The exact weight doesn't matter, because it is different for every person. Just keep on doing exercises and results will come.

Hi, 3-4 times per weeks is ok. The healthy weight loss rate is 1-2 pounds per week. It beginning people tend to lose more weight and than it slows down.
