Come on, man. You sell water ionizers, spring water is FREE. Enough already. I drank ionized water EXCLUSIVELY for almost a 9 year stretch, and it ruined my health! My digestion became so compromised from the dilution of stomach acid, that I couldn't digest much of anything. As soon as I stopped drinking ionized snake oil, I mean, water, my health improved. And when I started drinking my own bottled spring water, my health SOARED. You're as big of a snake oil guy as Wolfe is.
You sell ionizers right? I bet you would start losing money if more and more folks started collecting their own spring water and bypassing filters entirely.
could you please comment about flouride in the water? I know reverse osmosis filter may take care of this, but you claim the R.O. to be bad because it takes out all of the mineral content... just curious I guess what your opinion is on Flouride and how to rid of drinking water if one doesn't want it.

Got a distiller from ebay today. Distilled water is nothing more than condensation. Problem is it boils the water for process speed. Two questions a) does high heat ruin quality, namely water structure? b) can a vitalizer repair/renew it back again 100% in 30 minutes? Anyone?
And I know distillers rob water of minerals. I add them back in, the ones I want too. Plus all the organic mins.
@tejo29se David is wrong to not drink more water, in my opinion. I don't eat anything before I drink at least two liters of water. Never drink water with your meal since it dilutes the digestive process. If you are not drinking at least a gallon of water each day you are missing out on the foundation of health, which is water.
@watershed11 1 problem 4 me is the cold climate I live in (Denmark) makes it difficult 2 get 1-2 litres down like it is recommended in Denmark. So I agreed with David Wolfe on that point. It is also the only point I agreed with him.
Then durianriders showed up and said it IS important 2 drink a lot of water even on a raw food diet. I think durianriders is 100000000% more reliable that Mr.Wolfe will ever be in my eyes.
I believe more in durianriders than in any other in the raw food industry.
Finally a guy who sounds like he knows, from a scientific point of view, the facts. Many other raw foodists seem to quote other people, but don't have specific points that make sense, like "water cannot defy the laws of physics." It is what it is. Truth is, many of us don't know if someone's claims are true or not, but there are some universal truths that are not good or bad, they just are.....like the laws of physics. DO NOT concentrate on what man-made, zero-consciousness, laboratory instruments tell you - the true test it to put this water into your body & tune into how you feel. You need an instrument that is able to measure love & consciousness - that is why we seek this liquid crystal love. Those vibrations produces by living being give structure to water at a molecule level. Yes, I agree. But the water is not creating that structure by itself. Something is acting upon it. It cannot creates these patterns itself because water, like minerals, is inert and lifeless.

Hi, Can you explain why RO water is bad for you? What if I add Willard's Water, a pH enhancer or Himalayan salts, etc? Would that improve the RO water? @smr144 I have blogged about this a lot. RO is acid water that leaches minerals from the body. I don't recommend salt but rather calcium or other minerals to re-mineralize the water.

In an interview David Wolfe shared why he drinks almost no water. He gets his fluids from eating and drinking fruits and vegetables.
You say you can drink 1-2 gallons of water a day? How is that even possible? I can't even get 2 cups down.
