Can anyone help with the differences between TC Helicon Harmony G XT and Digitech Vocalist live 3? I know that the Vocalist has a knob for Compressor, one for Humanizer, Pitch Correction, Warmth, and a Delay with a few preset options. It also has option for momentarily turning on the harmonies with the footswitch (not on-off toggle). But what are the real differences in terms of sound quality, ease of use and features? Has anyone tried both pedals?
It works best if the guitar is plugged into the G-XT first in the chain. You also have to make sure you play your thirds (minor or major) cleanly or the harmony above your voice may not track correctly. Just takes a little practice. Oh, distortion won't matter since it happens further down the chain than the G-XT.

does it work with a guitar using heavy distortion , or if you use an effects loop?

Am deffo thinkin of getting a Harmony G, I think The Bee Gees and CSNY both sound fab using it (for Obvious reasons)
