I've heard that if you connect it to a USB 2.0 port, it won't power up most of the time because it needs more amps than most USB 2 ports can provide, and you have to get a dual USB cable shipped from Lacie. Is that true?

Did you mean 3.0? Or you're connecting it to a 2.0 port with a single cable?

@tipoomaster I mean that I'm actually using this LaCie on the video, I use a 2.0 Port and it runs faster than using a different model 2.0 ;)
