I was one of the first people to get their watch, and my band took over an hour to put the pin in cause it was bent. I haven't got it to work properly still, now it sits in my drawer cause the battery doesn't last the entire day. This product is the biggest FAIL! I emailed asking for a refund and no one ever got back to me.

Didn't have any problems with my watch but I do have to agree that you clearly need to be technical guy to get it setup especially when you want to pair it with an Android since you do have to flash the watch which is rather complicated. You're right about the unboxing process - where is my pretty box? LOL - I posted it on my inpulsewatchDOTcom site!
