I have seen exactly what you are talking about.(from both sexes, but staying on topic) When you go after qualities (humor, kindness, smarts whatever you are looking for) instead of "what can they give me" is how you find the best match, and can really enjoy it. I do hope women watch this, it's good insight.

They are literally wasting their lives waiting for "prince charming". thats why they dont talk holla back at the face book dudes because they are waiting for some fantasy shit to happen and facebook is definately not that.
