In Obamas own book, Dreams From My Father. He writes about a poet named Frank, who visited them in Hawaii, read poetry, and was full of hard-earned knowledge and advice. Who was Frank? None other than Frank Marshall Davis, the black communist writer.

Especially for the time he grew up in you were bound to meet a few prominent African Americans with communist ideals, it was a very popular trend during that time. That in no way, shape, or form proves Obama is a marxist, Obama has had lots of friends who believe in capitalist ideals, why choose one marxist to represent him in your mind?

Is anyone in the world who doesn't hold your dull curiosity an evil socialist? I know of journalist who seek out gang members and skin heads, historians who seek out Nazis. Do they automatically represent that group in your mind? I'm fine with you believing I'm dillusional, helps me know I am still truly sane. Your logic is silly and unfounded.

You know there was a very charasmatic man that was elevated to power back in the
1930's. He was a great orator and was able to seduce the hearts and minds of the people. I guess history really can repeat itself.

And since your such an enthusiastic follower of the "Church of Obama" tell me what do you base your belief in this man on. He has served in the senate a total of 134 days, prior to that he was a communty organizer. What in his record leads you to believe in him? What has he accomplished? I say zero, zilch. His recent centrist shift is to get elected. It seems to me the hatred for Bush has resulted in blind faith.

Obama is a moderately liberal, centrist Democrat. I simply agree with him more than the "new" McCain on many issues. I don't believe he is a messiah or anything, however I believe he has proven himself worthy, just my opinion. He worked on over one hundred legislations while his previous Dem rival only worked on twenty. As for experience many great leaders have faced that taunt and overcome it better than those who have been around getting us in these messes for years in the first place.
