AWESOME VIDEOS WITH TODD SWINNEY!!!MANU THANKS FROM GREEK!!KEEP POSTING TO EDUCATE US!!I SEE ALL OF YOUR VIDEOS ONE BY ONE!!!!!!!AND I WORKOUT WITH THE TIPS EVERY DAY!!!!!MANY THANKS ....
Kevin, please get some real muscle like in the old days. I am not saying that you are in a bad form now or that you need to get back to 1999, 2002 shape but just get a little more muscle and get all of us inspired! Go Kevin!
Good stuff... y'all keep the comments coming and we'll keep putting the good stuff out there! There is nothing about any of this that is a one-size-fits-all mass marketed philosophy... finding what works for you and then sticking with it... that's why we throw such a variety of stuff at you on TLR!!!
Disagree about the 32 inches apart for the dips. I'm only 5-2 and I when I do dips I go where the bars are closer together. Same as pull ups. I can't go as wide as the grips on the ends of the bar simply because I'd be unable to move because I don't have enough arm-span reach. This guy may have a masters, but it sounds like he simply doesn't understand that guys who are much shorter AND taller than average need to compensate. Thus, 32 inches is NOT mandatory.
just thought i would leave my 2cents on the dips to failure at the beginning. as a gymnast in hs, when we performed dips to failure as part of our conditioning, we never ended a set at the top of the movement. ideally, it is only to failure if you dip down and actually can't get back up. otherwise, who knows, maybe you could have done one more.
its called variety and it makes your workouts exiting and not robotic. When you hit plateau on bench press things like this will help you bust through. Not saying do this week in week out but chuck it in every now and again you will benefit
I'm not doubting Todds expertise, but I think that everyone has many different techniques that will make them grow. There is no "perfect" technqiue. Everyone has to decide what works for them and wha ttheir goals are.
Kev, you had bigger shoulders and arms than almost anyone i kno (and i know a lot of people who train) and could bench 315 when you first started the LR and hadn't trained for years, i don't think you need to worry about your testosterone levels lol, gd on you for telling us we should tho
Thank you guys, I will try this at my chestworkout today..
(with the levrone formula ofc)

Lovin these videos because they show how to change form to maximize contraction on certain muscles. Can't wait for ones on biceps and triceps.
