what u dont see on this vid is that you have to prepare ich patern before to just play pushing buttons... a bit of work/fun...

With the DS-10+ coming out in Feb of 2010 I would say DSi if the purchase is mainly for DS-10+. The new version actually adds alot more functionality given the higher power of the DSi. With the DS-10+ in a DSL, only some of the new features can be used.

theres plenty of ds-10 like things for the pc. many are free. look into a free software called "LMMS". small learning curve but hey such is life. another great free software is "rebirth" almost the same thing, 2 synths but also 2 drum machines, used to be commercial software but is now free. google them both.

I have created and sequenced Yazoo: Don't Go into the song mode on the DS-10. Once you get the hang of it it's really easy to program it. Great Video!

There was a 3.5 mm jack (Headphone plug) cable going out of the stereo, so we put that in to the ds.

very nice demo. If you have trouble getting sound from it, start from the preset sounds, otherwise, it is important to eventually learn synthesizer technique.

Tweak enough knobs and you'll figure it out.

it's very trippy, like mid 90's acid house, techno.. try a guy called `Man with No name`.. he produces tracks that are quite similar in his styling to this tune.
