It's a "simple" Mikrocontroller circuit with some relais and sensors. I'm sorry, but this will only be for the Revox A77, but it should be possible to create such a device for any deck which has a remote-control socket. I'm currently working on a much simpler version of this which I call "MiniMagic77".
