For Note Block Island 2, you were supposed to bring the shell, wait for the star power to run out, and if you do it right, bounce on the note block when you hit the cement block and then hit the mushroom and jump. Then you lose your mustroom then get another one when you hit the goal with the shell.
I didn't plan this one out very good, (it was really late) but I'll fix it in the future.
