honestly i love your truck bro but you got to get rid of the ibeams. i understand that its a total chaos kit but you should probably look into getting a independent A arm long travel suspension. there a lot stronger, reliable, and you get even tire wear. i have a 99 toyota tacoma with a long travel kit in the front. its running fox shox with elbach coilovers its a lot better than ibeams. the only real bad part about it is you get a little sway to the side when you turn a corner real tight.
i had the same problem but mine was on the 101 in ventura ca :( people dont understand changing your wheel bearings should be like chaning your oil when it comes to the offroad world!!

Raced a ranger for many years. MDR, BITD and VORRA. Lost many bearings and had the same thing happen. Good driving, and some luck helps.Kept racing the ranger but converted to Toyota 4X4 spindles and hubs. Never broke again.

@analog56x i like the ibeams on my truck, maybe it doesn't handle the best ive never jumped it over anything super crazy but i have before. its not a prerunner by any means... i once forgot to put the steering wheel bolt back on and when i went to go around a round about i just went straight through hitting a kurb with the front left and rear left wheels at a considerable speed the the same on the right side.. nothing was bent no damage done it hit pretty hard, its a heavier truck then a Toyota.

@FORDGTFANATIC a hell of a lot longer. toyota builds stuff so damn strong, its scary. my brother's 88 4runner is a perfect example. he's jumped it higher than this one in the video, and not broken anything.
the ford suspension was the weak point, thats why it broke, and NOTHING ELSE got damaged on the truck. had that been a ford, it would have been destroyed. if he had used all toyota stuff, he would have been able to keep jumping it without problems.

@analog56x i like the ibeams on my truck, maybe it doesn't handle the best ive never jumped it over anything super crazy but i have before. its not a prerunner by any means... i once forgot to put the steering wheel bolt back on and when i went to go around a round about i just went straight through hitting a kurb with the front left and rear left wheels at a considerable speed the the same on the right side.. nothing was bent no damage done it hit pretty hard, its a heavier truck then a Toyota.

well, seems like you may have gotten a rare one. the older ones are for sure a lot better than the newer ones, but im a converted toyota fan now. i just bought a 85 toyota 4x4 with a solid axle, and ive wheeled the truck harder than any other 4x4, and its not bent or broken anything at all. in my blazer, i was fixing it every weekend haha. glad your truck is strong for you though. cheers
