What exactly is black friday? I have asked many Americans, and they can't explain it. They say it is the start of the Christmas shopping season, but WHY? It's just a random day, so why are people going nuts?
It means the first day that retailers are suppose to go from red ink to black ink meaning they will be making money instead of losing it...most of the first of the year is a loss with expenses etc.

Management did not even deny the existence of it. But what do you expect? Wal-mart has life insurance on all of their employees, did you know that? It is actually called "Dead Peasant Insurance". They get paid when an employee dies.

Well you are way off because it does exist (it just isn't called dead peasant insurance anymore) and is worth only about $1200 per employee... Plus that employee must die while on the clock. Management did not even deny the existence of it. They changed the name of it and some specs about it so that they could openly and legally deny it unless the exact term is ever used due to the fact that it is not actually considered "Life insurance".

I do not see this as a race issue at all. Walmart failed to provide the proper security,there was no crowd control,and a man (who cares what colour he was,or what colour the crowd was) lost his life as a result. I feel for this poor mans family.

Walmart (imo) acted negligently when they did not have the proper security in place for crowd control. It almost seems the color of their own skin bothers them more than it bothers anyone else. In elementary form, it sure doesn't bother me. Destructive behavior from a collective group does bother me, however. Most people are wired to look for what the elements of a destructive collective have in common. You can't blame people for that. In the end, the people who did this (color aside) need to assess their own behavior. If they want to be treated civil, then they need to act civil, period.
