Instead of using the money to create more debt to complain about the problem why not eliminate all the debt with stimulus funds, in contrast to creating more projects. If my debt to credit ratio on my cards are all close to the limit and I request more credit, most likely banks will not approve me until the debt is paid, so how do you get aid and waste 174 million ignoring the Federal prevailing wage?

If by "worst" you mean boosted Massachusetts from among the lowest in the nation in job growth and lowered an unbelievably high deficit created in 4 years. Keep in mind he saved Massachusetts from its own recession created by Romney in a mere 4 years and helped the Commonwealth not get killed through the suffering experienced by all 50 states during the recent nation-wide recession.

Yeah, you're right, he can't adequately replace Romney. How can you replace Romney's crowning achievement of making Massachusetts 49th in job growth. How can he adequately replace Romney's other crowning achievement of racking up a record deficit of $1.8 billion? You can't replace that with making Massachusetts 12th in job growth, Deval. You can't replace that with signing budgets that have cut over $100 million toward that deficit, Deval.

That's not what he said. He said McCain is against "funding" No Child Left Behind, whereas Obama is in favor of "fixing" it. Sure, I'd rather the act was abolished entirely, but if it has to stay, repairing it is a whole lot better than leaving it in place as an unfunded mandate. How is the latter situation any different from the way things are now?
