  • my notebook with windoze vista doesn't boot at all

  • @firefret I had that same experiense, after the last update for vista, the system wouldn't start at all, but I had trouble with it long before that (from another update). Doesn't matter much for me now, I have Linux Mint, and it works pretty well. Like this video shows, Linux is quite fast. I like it allso, because it doesn't consume more memory than nessesary, and it is user friendly. I don't think I need Microsoft anymore, really.

  • @firefret how am i not surprised

  • @ipwnrubberduckiesftw VISTA LOL

  • You could probably do faster than that. You need to disable services you don't use, and prevent Debian from having to detect hardware every time you boot. I've seen some laptops that boot in only a few seconds.

  • @Arkblu how to make debian stop detecting HW?

  • My notebook with Windows Vista Home Premium boots in 41 second.

  • my macbook pro with osx boots in 30 sec

  • of course it does, macbooks are fast and very expencive.

  • post a video

  • linix = console fast no ways around it thats what it makes it fast :3

  • 33 seconds lols

  • Linux ftw =p

  • sweet
