The USA is not part of International community.
They always take unilateral action example Iraq and then Iran. The day Iran drop nuclear program, USA set fire on Iranian Ass as they did in Iraq when Israel order them to do so in closed door. USA is powerful, only way to balance the power is nuclear program and spread its technology. Otherwise no country is safe from USA. If USA take military action against Iran, Russia and China help Iran to take military action against America too.
