All OL: Size/Mauler/Tackle; DT: Run Stop; DE: Proto; OLB: Proto; MLB: Balanced

CB: Man Coverage; FS: Man Coverage; SS: Run Stop/Big Hit; K/P: Balanced

Then draft (if possible [potential included]): QB - Andre Woodson (93); HB - Chris Johnson (91); WR - Early Doucet (90), Mario Manningham (88) & Kevin Robinson (89). Along with K - Alexis Serna (92). Cheers

HC 2009 looks sleak & the draft is great, but, It's not as good as you think It lacks the simple but realistic things. In the first HC, you have an office, You can talk to your coaching staff which you build, hire & fire as you wish, As well as build trust with your staff. Gameplan with coordinators, change the playbook. I will give the 09 version this, this play creator is SUPERIOR, but the play is hard to execute unless everyone understands it fully.

Get the first HC for PC or PS2! This 09 version is disappointing. You can't gameplan with coordinators like you can in the first HC, You can't go into practice & call out what you practice in this one. And you don't have an office nore do you interview to get the job (Which is much more realistic). The best part about this game is the draft, but it's not the much better then the first Head Coach draft.

The game is great when it comes to team building, the trade, and free agent engine. But, when you start playing games, it's nearly impossible to win unless your players know all of your plays & you have great players. You struggle just too get 1 score, You can score more by simulating the game!

The FIRST head coach is better, Instead of floating around outside all day with a "clipboard" in 09, In the first 1 you can have meetings & actually talk too people.

it's a more in depth part of the game...but u can't run the players..only making calls and managing the franchise...which is pretty cool tbh

Yeah, if you only like to do the basics.

If you like franchise mode but feel it needs more, then this game is perfect.

You're opinion is that you don't need in-depth thinking and would rather be a dumb grunt that just hits, and that's cool.

I can respect that.

Not really, I have the game and I love it. If you're heavily into franchise mode in Madden and it's not enough for you, then this game is the game for you.

This game is really detailed and you basically build a team from the ground up depending on who you pick, its awesome in my opinion for the Franchise lovers.

They should make one for baseball.that be cool calling pitches and telling reading scouting report so u tell ur pitcher where to throw it and wht pitch...and maybe even hockey

it just gives you stats but the best thing you can do is the offseason (draft, combines, FA, etc.)

pasta, does the off-season drag like the original or does it run smoothly and at a good pace. also, do u actually get to watch the combine, pro days, etc or does it just give u stats.

yea i love coach too. on madden you have the franchise mode that kinda allows you to be a coach (not really). i'm glad the guys at EA decided to go with head coach.
