Yea definitely. You don't feel overwhelmed and it's still faster (acceleration) than most cars on the road. Great learning bike and it's cheap.

for 2500$ more man u can get a 500R trust me after you get use to rifing your going to want something with more power and the 250 looks small.

yes its light weight, around 304 pounds. its low for easy balancing, reccomended for beginners or for women. It's cheap to, around $2,999. :) will hopefully be my first bike someday
