the guy in the golf cart was actually going out to rescue some ladies who were stranded on the golf course. I believe there golf cart quit funtioning, so this guy risked his own to go and save them. I know people don't know this if they are seeing the video for the first time. I was also wondering why he was driving in that direction also. It looks crazy at first, but after finding the reason, I understand it was an urgent situation and not somebody who was just being foolish.
