this song is based on the book invisible monsters by Chuck Palahniuk, its a pretty good book which is why i think this song is so great. but then again all patd's songs are pretty awesome.

the book is totally messed with tons of twisted plot lines but the song does have a lot of connections to certain parts and characters.

the books interesting.....its about a model and.....well its pretty complicated actually you would have to read the book to get it completely but i can tell u a little bit about the lyrics:

boys will be boys hiding in estrogen and wearing aubergine dreams is talking about how the character brandy is actually a guy and estrogen is the hormone used to change you into a girl and aubergine dreams is the brand of makeup brandy wears.
