How do you get this little cutscene? And were Char and Gato ever supposed to have a crossover like this? Or is this exclusive to the game?

The cutscene triggers if you engage the GP02 in space with Char in the Hyaku Shiki. It's exclusive to the game - alternately, in the game "Encounters in Space", during the last battles of the one year war, Gato can fight alongside Char for a mission.

An atomic bazooka. The GP02 was made specifically to fire the single warhead. That's why it has an immense cooling system, heavy armor, and the giant shield- to defend against the blast.

In this game, GP02 is pretty much a melee fighter. It can only use the warhead if it has a certain amount of charge ready, and I think it required max (3 bars).

I also think any future PS3 SDGG games should all be graphically preloaded. All the models would be on the battlefield, just zoomed out so they look like chess pieces. Then when they attack the camera zooms in accordingly.
