I was born in Olean, and later lived in a town in California named Lompoc (pronounced "Lom-poke") which everybody who wasn't from there called "Lom-pock" :)

Thanks for a reminder of home!!! I was born in that hospital. Unfortunately I can see someone from the administration thinking that was a good marketing ploy for the hospital.
