Fancy bells and whistles are hardly a substitute for real process knowledge, people.

What he doesn't tell you is that it's not difficult to weld Al with a simple, durable, low cost, all purpose $2000 CV power source with only two controls.

Apparently MIG welders are too stupid to know how to adjust the voltage anymore, now we're only allowed to adjust the "arc length".
