Lemmy's used a few Rics in his time. He mostly used 4001's, which they don't make anymore, with Gibson Thunderbird or TBird Pickups in them.

He also has his custom 4004 LK, which they also don't make anymore, which has a lot of carving on it, and 3 of Rickenbacker's newer 4004 Humbucking P'ups.

The one I've seen him using most recently looks like a regular 4004, without the pickguard, and Gibson TBird P'Ups.

Was great to see the ole Lemster on Motorheads recent tour of the UK. Still playing great rock and roll after all these years. They may be billions poorer than Metallica but they were always better .. they just never sold out.

No thats a different Rick that they actually dont make anymore, and thats the one i want, no he gave his original back to Rickenbacker to redo everything and then put everything back on, for the life of me i cant remeber what the code name for that Rick is, he has about to his own words 19-25
