I managed to complete a 3 year course at university.. I COULD NOT COMPLETE THIS GAME!! I always got stuck at this level. :)

As a kid I had no friggin idea how to beat this level, no matter what I did. However, after I turned the game off, and when I tuned it back on, the game itself skipped me ahead two levels, on the menu select screen, and I didn't beat the claw. (This was on the PC version.)

To me, as a kid, this boss was a flipping nightmare! However, to me, now, as an adult, this boss is STILL A FLIPPING NIGHTMARE!!!!

I have the PC version of this game. Never got it, but on the PC if you fail on this level enough they just let you move on to Sid's Workbench

On the SNES version that big stringy thing that's swinging around is not on there. What's it for? To whip you or something? Plus on the last coin the claw just goes straight to buzz and takes him to the drop box and that's wehre you have to be real quick in saving buzzQ!

It looks like the hit detection on the aliens is a little better on the Genesis version, making it slightly easier to hit the claw (I haven't played that one in ages, so I can't remember). Yet that swinging cable thing must add to the challenge. Does that sound accurate?

hardest game i've EVER played. I had to come here to see how to beat this level so THANKS. this is the farthest I ever made it and I didnt feel like losing, so I checked youtube lol. there is NO way a little kid could ever get close to beating this game. I cant even see little kids making it even close to THIS level lol
