hey man, first of all let me say i love your tutorials!
anyway i have found that there is actually a great way to avoid having to actually force a card or find one by using a key card
What i do is have the spectator place his card on top of the deck and use some fake shuffles to keep it there (eg the overhand)
then i have the spectator choose a number from say 3 to 10, and count that many cards off the top, that way their card is now at the bottom of the packet. then its pretty much the same
Hey thanks for the thoughtful comment! I tried it and it's works great I would ask them to pick a number between a somewhat larger gap like 1-20 OR 1-40 (take a little longer though)so they don't feel so limited. I like your thought on this as well because it gets the spectator involved with the trick, which is ALWAYS a plus! Thanks you for such a GREAT comment! :-)
