@MrCbud420 Oh man, it's sooo hard to put in words. I already find it hard to talk about it in my own language, but in English ... I'll try. It's really something you have to experience to understand, but it has to do with being connected to the source/God/the light/whatever. Of course you are always connected - so it has more to do with the realisation of it. Al talks about ascending out of his body into the higher spheres and being one with it. [I guess - I haven't experienced it that far yet.]
