How do you install throttle lock themes?

@javi7148 don't really remember...i don't have the phone anymore for log time... i think you have to copy them to a folder and then you will see them in programs options ...or maybe you can find them in .cab and just install them...Sorry mate.... do some research on xda-developers....

You can't, only if they are .cab or exe....for windows mobile...iphone uses theyer one operating sistem !

you can copy the files from pc to phone and then install it from phone ....and Windows mobile device is usefeul .... !

You can change the TF3D theme the toolbars and all the icons ....try xda-developers site ....
