@UnkelNoodle you have no noodle -When Henry Ford told a New York Times reporter that ethyl alcohol was "the fuel of the future" in 1925, he said. "There is fuel in every bit of vegetable matter that can be fermented.
Ford recognized the utility of the hemp plant. He constructed a car of resin stiffened hemp fiber, and even ran the car on ethanol made from hemp.
I have to agree that there are people that would be inclined to listen but for their prejudices about pot smokers, and the choice of an animated spokesman didn't help in that regard, however, I still posted it to my facebook page with a disclaimer about my reservations regarding the spokesman. But I did it in a nonchalant way, saying he reminded me of Tommy Chong, but that the message was very important.
That video is great, but you're preaching to the choir. Personally, I love it, but I don't hate "hippies", and "hippies" aren't the only people who use cannabis. I personally was a part of that scene, and I have VERY fond memories of that time! But, I think that it's time to change the image of cannabis from a hippie type with his eyes half closed to a different image that most people can relate to. That is no longer the face of cannabis users.
Did they find a way to run cars on cannabis? NO! Should they is the question though.
