  • It also needs to be noted that Dennis Rodman also had 5 points, 1 assist, 1 steal to go with those 23 rebounds, 7 of which were offensive rebounds.

Michael Jordan also had 5 rebounds, 7 assists, 3 steals, and 2 blocks to go with his 44 points.

Scottie? He pulled down 10 rebounds and had 5 steals to go with his 40 points.

Scottie was 30, MJ just turned 33, Dennis was 33... Best team ever.

  • There are 10 plays in this which would replace every play in the top 10 from last night. And the night before. And the night before that too.

  • the nike way up,the uptempos and the concords were on full display in this game. goodtimes!

  • home or away im still confused lol

  • Even Miami's big 3 can't do this.

  • I feel bad for the Pacers. Any home game against the Bulls is basically an away game, especially during the 90s when everyone everywhere was a MJ fan. Look at last years playoffs the Bulls fans outnumbered the Pacers fans at their home games.

  • absolute legends u can hear the intensity by the crowd that they were special

  • Jordan, Pippen and Rodman highlights only. Who says three cannot go up and win against five!

  • Now this here was NBA Basketball at it best!!

  • scottie pippen looks like silvester stallone

  • have two players ever scored 50+ in the same game?

  • @g0ldbuG Nope, but I think they can now in this era cause the NBA is too soft

  • I don't think Reggie was focus on the game his mind most of been on something else and you see what happens Jordan you got to luv him

  • I'm 100% sure that 1996 was the greatest,,,,most fun year in NBA history...I wish I had a time machine!!!!!

  • @tod512rocker Fun!? The Bulls were that dominant, that most games became bulls-fan-conventions!even the opposite fans were cheering.circus in town..-it was the most wired year i`ve can remeber.sureal is some ways.but for a diehard bulls fand just paradise;-)!also loved the finals against the sonics.even more than the jazz or suns finals..

  • @tod512rocker I think the ratings were at its highest ever during this year.

  • Look at the video's quality. Once it was recorded, quality of pictures also sound had been so worse than today's.

  • Man i remember watching this game and just marveling at the Bulls. MJ and Pip scoring 40+points each and the Worm dominating the Boards with 23 rebs. That team was really special, the crazy thing is how good the Pacers were as well, that squad was deep, The Bulls were like a traveling rock star band, whether you wanted the Bulls to win or lose, you wanted to see them.

  • This was Scottie's last real dominate game for a while he started to go into a slump and was injured shortly after this game

  • the greatest player of all time

  • NBA on NBC was the best, gotta love the intro.

  • @rachis83 NBA on NBC was so CLASSIC!!!!

  • Scottie do u have the game when the bulls and pacers played in the last reg season game in chicago. they lost by 1 pt could went 40-1 at home and only lose single digit .??

  • man so many points i saw rodman right there under the rim. no wonder scottie and jordan dropped 40+ that night, miss the shot, rodman will get the ball right back to ya

  • thanks for this video......I love NBA

  • fancy pass by mike to harper at 1:34

  • In my opinion the best team ever. Also considering there lack of size & no all star center.

  • These were the good ol days! How exciting! I really miss those days!

  • 85 pts for just two men ... WTF !!awes0me ...

  • @zendo09 your math skills are un-matched.

  • no wonder mark jackson is always hating on MJ, just look how he abused the pacers and the whole league!!

  • @portchester91 what do you mean hating?

  • That tip-in by Rodman was so badass.

  • @Fripitto and he g0t 16 boards in just a HALF ???

  • @zendo09 His career high is 34 rebounds. Yeah that's right... 34 :)

In the 1991-92 season, Rodman had 39 games where he grabbed 20 rebounds or more, among them 3 30+ performances. And some people still claim he's not the greatest rebounder of all time. Sure, Chamberlain and Russell were monsters on the boards as well, but let them box out the Olajuwons, Barkleys and O'Neals of the 90's and you'll see some different stats.

    RODMAN HALL OF FAME 2011

  • @Fripitto the also overlook that he wasonly like 6'6" or 6'7" max

  • @Fripitto Yeah and he's 6'7 guy a s.guard s.forward height.

  • u must be a fool to f**k with the bulls

  • Do you see how these bulls are just casually destroying these guys in ther own court with 50% of the crow cheering for them

  • @showstoppa01 yeah haha half the time the game sounded like it was in the united center

  • why the pacer fans are cheering for the bulls?

  • @boygalak A lot of Indiana got more Bulls games on TV than Pacer games.

  • @boygalak you dont think bulls fans traveled one state over to watch jordan? cmon

  • @dipzydooer and what do u think is the reason? shut up clippers fan

  • Tough to play against 2 MVPs in a game

  • 8:04 until I take a smile to the cheerleader :)

  • LOL@9.19 Mark jackson Where you go

  • Scary good. Hid

  • DOMINANCE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • god.....they are so fucking good. i don't care if lebron does team up with wade, but they won't be as good as pippen and jordan

  • why are the pacer fans cheering for the bulls??????

  • @chrisevilmonkey because they were watching the best team of all time. They were watching pure dominance

  • @thewolfmanchu

doesnt mean they have to cheer for the opposing team. thats just sad.

  • if i'm not mistaken, i can hear the crowds are cheering for the Bulls every time the go to the rim..

  • best team ever, i remember those nba times, it had so much gravity.

  • was that rick carlisle?

  • Omg the intro song!!! It brings back so much memory and get me so excited, damn i miss those old good days of NBA,now i can only watch MJ and Pippen play on youtube......

  • i wanna say rodman is like the best rebounder ever. he averages for his career 13.1 rbpg

he had 2 seasons averageing 18+

    one with 17.3

    and two with 16

    and he's only 6"8

  • lol i couldnt Imagine being a Coach and seeing this happen to my team...96 Bulls > Everything you Know..

    iLL .

  • MJ was the most explosive 33 year old at this time, mentally and physically.

  • the crowd? thats because chicago is only like and hour and a half away from indianapolis and every little kid in the world wanted to see jordan play during that time. they had a team full of five star all stars and the pacers give them pleny drama.

  • actually nap is 3hrs away from chicago

  • I love that music.

  • can you hear the crowd?! and this is the home crowd for indiana!!! That pretty much sums up that year for the bulls in 96. the crowd was behind them no matter where they were playing.

  • i just got goosebumps hearing the NBA on NBC intro song to start this video.. i miss those days..this was my favorite era of hoop hands down

  • two 40 pt. scorers plus 23 boards by the "worm" , this team was just flat-out sick!!! '96 Bulls best sports team ever. them and 85 Bears in a tie!!! LOL

  • @ricanruler ...the craziest part was how even when they went on the road, the opposing teams stadium was filled with fans chanting for this team more so than their own hometown team! THAT'S flat-out sick!

  • @ItoDaigoro yup, they were like the Beatles!!! A group of rock-stars who could hoop like no other team in b-ball history-heres to hopin my boy D-Rose can get a title this yr!!!

  • @ricanruler yeah right. whatever dumbass

  • @ricanruler 72 and 10, enough sed.

  • dude! I miss that NBA theme music lol

  • sounds like a chicago home game

  • I remember like it was yesterday.

  • I miss the NBA on NBC.

  • You can tell those Pacers cheerleaders want Pippen's cock.

  • Where is Matt Goukas the commentator now?

  • Mark Jackson Punked again by MJ!!!!! No wonder the little dude is so bitter!

  • Mark Jackson is bitter because he could never beat Jordan. That's why most of these NBA analysts are bitter cause when they played they could never beat Jordan.

  • You're exactly right...

  • @simonheester "Mama there goes that....that........FUCK YOU MJ!! I COULDA HAD SOME RINGS!!"

  • you know, it feels good to be around people who lived scottie as much as i did...i can't tell you how many arguments i had trying to defend pip...even fistfights lol

  • right there with ya man. pip is a beast. one of the most under-rated of all time, if u ask me...

  • i don't like to say he was underrated, i did back then, but i now see as time went on that many people believed he was the best all around player and da best player of his era.....so that satisfies me all da way....he was da reason why i picked up a basketball in da first place...i wanted to be him...not "just like" him, but i really wanted to be him...so to say he was my idol is more of an understatement....

hell fuck it, i was scottie pippen, lol

  • underrated! hes listed as one of da 50 greatest players of all time.

  • yea but he was over shadowed by jordan makin him not really notice cause in my opinion he was better the clyde drexler and them...

  • course he was better than drexler. better rebounder, defender,IMO shooter but u still cant say he was underrated if hes listed as one of the 50 greatest

  • @benzafu1 yes you say that, but being in the top 50 where did he stand ?? most would say oh 40-50... scottie pippen In my opinion was a top ten NB A player.. He could do everything. ANd who knows what he would have accomplished if jordan wasnt playin..

  • @Kaymikes23 we know what he accomplished wen mj wasnt there......2 years he got knocked out of the playoffs, kukoc was the one taking the last shots....he needed mj there to bring out da beast in em.

  • @benzafu1 who lied to you? Kukoc took 1 last shot and suddenly hes more clutch then scottie? did you also not realize that Jordan didnt have a good team till Jordan came/??

  • @Kaymikes23 Scottie is my man but this dude is right Kukoc was shooting all last shots until mj came back. I believe he hit at least 4 or 5 of them. But i think that Pippen should have been MVP in 94 and that if there was not that stupid foul call in g7 vs Knicks that pip would have taken bulls all the way.

  • @peskelj i only remember two one of them Scottie didnt want to be in the game.. Scottie was Clutch with Jordan in the lineup a s well..

  • 4:59 - White guy in suit chest bumps Dennis Rodman... that's when you know it's fucking on...

  • That was Jack Haley, Rodman's best friend and to some his babysitter.

  • haley kept him in line that year. he was definitely an unsung hero...

  • No matter what, i never get tired of watching this game.

  • Yeah NBA on NBC was the shit! LOL!! That was my theme!! I remember being little and like dancing and humming the theme music around the house when the game comes on. LMAO!! But yeah Rodman, Jordan, and Pippen was a dynamic trio! They took over the NBA!

  • Man, I miss NBA on NBC. That was the shit back in the day.

  • Comment removed

  • From the crowd reactions it almost sounds like this is a home game for the Bulls lol. Gotta be demoralizing when your crowd is cheering your rivals with Jordan and Pippen going for 40+ in your gym.

  • Plus Chicago is right down the highway from Indy...
