You can, but you'll probably go WAY to fast and/or fall. This way you can control your speed and still land balanced and with great form.

hmm I always thought running downhill you were suppose to stay perpendicular to the ground even as it slopes downward. Is that wrong?

@lopkick You do not fall if perpendicular to ground. You will run faster down hill my friend. That is how we run in Eritrea. We try to actually run fast down hill.
